Birthday Brunch

This weekend we hosted the Brunch Bunch in celebration of Smeeta’s birthday. Most of the guys came Saturday, Alien & Charlotte stayed over and Mike, Linda, Maddie and Livvie joined us on Sunday. Tara even popped in late on Sunday – her first visit to Anson Road. As well as the usual sausages, bacon etc we made a lovely Smoked Haddock & Pesto Kedgeree, plus Jamie’s fab Broccoli pasta and Smeeta’s lovely muffins. Great to we the gang (minus Howard and Graham) as always.

Oh Vienna

Went to Vienna with Ursie to help make arrangements to ship over her and the kids belongings. Was a difficult time but productive. Stayed with Wolfgang and Beate, who were the perfect hosts. Also met up with Dragan who treated us to cake and Schnapps. And went to a slightly mad concert / art gig with Odile. We made it, and had a good trip in spite of the circumstances.
